About Me
Hi! Welcome to Gurpreet Healing! My name is Monica Tucker and I am a Reiki practitioner based outside of Atlanta! My journey started after being a caretaker for my stepfather who was challenged with ALS. I took this experience as my calling to explore both physical and mental health and wellness. My degree in Psychology from Georgia State University gave me the foundation to start my work as a healer.
In 2015, I got a certificate in Wellness Coaching from Emory University. During my training, my younger brother, Gurpreet "Ricky" Tucker, lost his battle with depression. That's when I knew how important this work was. I continued to push forward with wellness education so I could be a vessel of healing for others with similar challenges.
In 2019, I was divinely guided to meet the woman who would help change my life in the most beautiful way! I met Reiki Master, Peg Driscoll, owner of YoRei Life. After completing Reiki I and II training and through Peg's guidance, support, friendship (and Reiki sessions of course!), I started my own Reiki practice and began taking clients. I have studied Shamanism, Chinese Energy Healing, and Yoga which I incorporate into Reiki sessions as needed. My goal is to help my clients find the light within them to raise their own vibrations.
Gurpreet Healing is named in honor of my brother. Gurpreet is a Punjabi name that translates to "to love God." (Gur - the teacher (God) Preet - Love). Through God's love, healing happens! I describe my personal experience with Reiki as magical and divine!

What is Reiki?
The term "Reiki" derives from the Japanese word rei meaning universal and ki meaning life force energy that flows through all living things. Reiki is a holistic healing modality that can help with stress reduction, anxiety, depression and promotes relaxation through gentle touch. Reiki aids in healing by helping people be energetically balanced emotionally, physically, mentally and spiritually!

90 Minute Reiki Energy Healing Session $120 (In person)
(First time clients please complete and sign the linked client form prior to session)
This session consists of mentoring & guidance, and hands on healing. The components of the session can look different for each person as everyone's journey to healing looks different!

90 Minute Reiki Energy Healing Session $120 (Distant)
This session can be done via phone/Facetime/WhatsApp/Zoom where we dedicate 60 minutes to mentoring & guidance. Once the phone session ends, I dedicate 30 minutes to sending distant Reiki to the client.
